Production Policy
File ownership & intellectual property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce every file, image, design, model, logo, character, trademark, or other material submitted for production.
By submitting a job, the customer confirms that they own the submitted material, created it, have permission from the rights holder, or hold a license that permits the requested reproduction.
DJPrintWorks may decline jobs where ownership, licensing, or authorization appears unclear.
Quotes & payment terms
Quotes are normally valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Requesting a quote does not require payment.
Jobs under $100 are normally paid in full before production. Jobs of $100 or more normally require a 50% deposit to schedule and begin production, with the remaining balance due before pickup or shipping.
Special-order materials, molds, tooling, customer-specific consumables, and rush work may require full or additional payment upfront. Deposits and committed material or tooling costs may become non-refundable once production begins or those costs have been incurred.
Changes requested after approval may require a revised quote, additional payment, and a revised completion date. Finished work will not be released or shipped while a balance remains due.
Payment processing
Approved jobs are invoiced through Square. Payment information is processed by Square using the payment methods offered on the invoice or payment request. DJPrintWorks does not collect or store full payment-card numbers.
