FAQ

Do you design parts for customers?

Generally, no. The shop is built around manufacturing customer-supplied production-ready files.

Is there a minimum order?

Many jobs can be produced as a single piece. Tooling-based processes may have practical minimums.

How does payment work?

There is no charge to request a quote. Approved jobs are invoiced securely through Square. Jobs under $100 are normally paid in full before production. Jobs of $100 or more normally require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due before pickup or shipping. Special-order materials, molds, tooling, and rush work may require additional upfront payment.

What payment methods can I use?

Available payment methods are shown on the Square invoice or payment request sent after your quote is approved. DJPrintWorks does not collect or store your full card details.

Do you offer finished surfaces?

Standard process cleanup is included where appropriate. Extensive sanding, automotive-quality surfacing, sculpting, detailed hand painting, and complex weathering are not standard services.

Can you reproduce copyrighted characters, logos, or commercial models?

Only when you have the rights or a license that permits the requested reproduction.

Do you print firearm parts or weapons?

No.

Can you make theatrical or cosplay props?

Clearly non-functional props may be considered on a case-by-case basis when they cannot function as real weapons.

Can I reorder a previous job?

Yes. Approved production details can be retained for repeat jobs.
